Welcome to the course 

Starting with the science bit in simple terms - trust me it won't be complicated.

Learn how the mind and body are intricately connected and how you can improve the health of both simultaneously.

Module 1 - Mind and body 

This module includes lessons on mindfulness, hypnosis, neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and breathing techniques, all designed to reduce the stress caused by perimenopause & menopause. 

As well as simple and nurturing activities you gain a greater understanding of the neuroscience that makes this work so well. 

Alongside this you will learn some tips of how to eat well during perimenopause & menopause.

This isn’t just about being healthy, it is more about nurturing your body and giving you the nutrients you may be  missing.

You don't always get this information from your doctor or the media as it seems to focus only on HRT as a solution. 

Module 2 - Movement and exercise

Get simple activities to target muscles and joints that may be affected at this time.

Helping you feel better by reducing aches and pains and to  feel more confident in your changing body. 

You won’t be asked to run a marathon (unless that’s already part of your exercise routine). Instead I share the simple movements you can do anywhere, that can be integrated into everyday life for maximum impact.  No problem if you are new to exercise or not advanced these are simple movements!

Module 3. Aromatherapy & Physical therapy

Learn techniques that allow you to soothe yourself physically including self massage, how to use essential oils and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). All of which are specifically targeted at perimenopause & menopause. 

Module 4.  What Next

Learning you can continue to introduce the routines/elements into daily life without overwhelm and stress.

Recognising the importance of community and connection

Reminding you that this is a natural stage in life that you CAN navigate.
